Who is Eligible?
NADCP welcomes the public, Drug Courts, Veterans Treatment Courts, DWI Court, Mental Health Courts, Family Drug Court professionals and other problem-solving courts, including justice system, drug and alcohol treatment, and mental health treatment professionals. Our diverse membership includes: judges, prosecutors, defense lawyers, probation and parole agents, law enforcement officers, case managers, CPS case workers, therapists, treatment professionals, court administrators, research scientists and more.
The NADCP membership year runs annually from September 1 through August 31 and is now open for the current membership cycle.
Annual membership is $60 per person. You can pay online or opt to have an invoice emailed to you on the payment page. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please note all memberships expire on August 31 regardless of when payment is made.

NADCP members enjoy hundreds of opportunities every year to network, learn, and develop national policy issues affecting Drug Courts, DWI Courts, Veterans Treatment Courts, and Mental Health Courts. Training sessions, events, focus groups, alerts, and our new international outreach keep members on the front line of the field.
All NADCP members are given voting privileges at the NADCP Membership Meetings and for the annual Judge Stanley M. Goldstein Hall of Fame.
All NADCP members have access to a nationwide Drug Court Job Bank.
